Every Hive3D piece is printed to order. Here's how the journey works and how long each step takes.

## Production time

Standard items are printed, quality-checked, and packed within **2–4 business days** of your order. Custom designs and bulk orders take **5–10 business days** — we'll confirm the timeline when we accept your custom brief. You'll get an email the moment your order ships, including your tracking number.

## Delivery within Australia

Delivery estimates are Australia Post's, measured from dispatch (not from order date). Regional and remote areas can take a little longer.

## International delivery

We ship worldwide with Australia Post International Standard, from **$19.95** depending on destination and weight, calculated at checkout. Typical delivery is 6–18 business days after dispatch. International orders may attract customs duties or import taxes in the destination country — these are the recipient's responsibility and aren't included in our prices.

## Tracking your order

Every parcel is tracked. Use your tracking number from the shipping confirmation email on our [Track Your Order](/pages/track-your-order) page, or directly at auspost.com.au.

## A few things worth knowing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo and [contact us](/pages/contact) within 7 days — we'll sort out a replacement quickly. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, get in touch and we'll chase the courier for you. We can't redirect parcels once dispatched, so please double-check your address at checkout.
