Every Hive3D piece is printed to order in Australia. We currently deliver Australia-wide only.
Dispatch times
- Ready-made items: usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.
- Personalised items: dispatched within 3–5 business days.
- Custom designs and bulk orders: we'll confirm the timeline when we accept your brief.
You'll get an email when your order ships.
Delivery within Australia

Delivery estimates are Australia Post's, measured from dispatch. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer.
Christmas order cut-offs
- Order by 11 December for delivery before Christmas.
- Western Australia: order by 7 December.
Tracking
If your order includes tracking, the number will be in your shipping confirmation email. You can follow it on our Track Your Order page or at auspost.com.au.
Good to know
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo and contact us within 7 days and we'll sort out a replacement. If tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, get in touch and we'll chase it up. We can't redirect parcels once dispatched, so please double-check your address at checkout.
