Welcome to Hive3D. These terms apply to your use of this website and any purchase from Hive3D. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & acceptance


All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, due to a pricing error or suspected fraud) — if we do, you'll receive a full refund promptly. Because items are printed to order, production begins shortly after purchase; we can usually change or cancel an order only within 12 hours of it being placed.

Pricing & payment


All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. Payment is processed at checkout via our payment providers.

Products


Our products are 3D printed, and small variations in layer texture, colour, and finish are inherent to the process — that's part of their charm and doesn't constitute a defect. Product photos are illustrative; printed colours can vary slightly between batches and screens. Mystery Egg contents are randomly selected — the surprise is the product, and duplicates are possible across multiple purchases.

**Safety:** desk pets are decorative items, not toys for young children. They contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years.

Custom orders


For custom prints, you warrant that any design, image, or text you supply doesn't infringe anyone's intellectual property rights and isn't unlawful or offensive. We may decline any custom brief. You retain rights in the material you supply; you grant us a licence to use it to produce your order (and, only with your permission, to showcase the result).

Intellectual property


All original designs, product names, images, and website content are owned by or licensed to Hive3D. Purchasing a printed item doesn't transfer any design rights, and you may not reproduce our designs for commercial purposes.

Shipping, returns & consumer guarantees


Shipping timeframes and costs are set out in our [Shipping & Delivery](/pages/shipping-delivery) policy, and returns in our [Returns & Refunds](/pages/returns-refunds) policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability


To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law — for goods, that means (at our option where the law allows) replacement, repair, or refund of the goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent it may lawfully be excluded.

Website use


You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access it unlawfully, or use it to transmit harmful content. Gift lists you share are visible to anyone with the link — don't include personal information in list messages that you wouldn't want shared.

General


These terms are governed by the laws of [State, e.g. New South Wales], Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
